Executive Director – Council on Sexual Assault & Domestic Violence
Council on Sexual Assault & Domestic Violence (CSADV) is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to become the Executive Director. The successful candidate will be passionate about our mission to provide support, advocacy, and a safe environment to empower adults, children and families who have experienced domestic violence (DV) or sexual assault (SA). The Executive Director position requires an entrepreneurial and experienced leader to administer programs and services responsive to the needs of DV and SA.
An ideal candidate should be able to think broadly and strategically about our work and also be detail oriented and organized about the implementation and structures necessary to move our vision into reality. The Executive Director is responsible for the strategic leadership of operations, public policy, advocacy, communication, and fundraising. This individual must create opportunities, produce results, and understand the needs of social change to end violence.
Requirements: BA/BS degree required and/or Master’s degree preferred in relevant field with five (5) years management and leadership experience in program administration.
A comprehensive and competitive wage and benefit package is provided. The starting salary range is respective of years of experience and education levels. Employee benefits include health care and a retirement plan.
